Accessibility and Usability Consultant

Nexer Digital

Molly is an accessibility and usability consultant whose expertise comes from experience: registered deafblind from Usher syndrome, she knows first-hand what makes technology work for people, and what shuts them out.

At Nexer Digital, she has consulted for Apple, Spotify, LinkedIn and the NHS, spoken at the Houses of Parliament and Harvard Medical School, co-founded the Molly Watt Trust and been recognised on the Shaw Trust Disability Power 100. In 2024 RNIB named her Content Creator of the Year.

She'll argue that accessible design is simply better design, for everyone.

Yannis Konstantinidis

Yannis sets things on fire for a living. Real fire, real explosives, 700 3D-printed athletes: his BBC Winter Olympics trail was shot in camera with no shortcuts and picked up a Grand Clio and a D&AD Yellow Pencil this year, and ranked him, to his own amusement, the number one animator in D&AD's 2026 global rankings.

His WWF films, made with melting ice, smoke and thermal cameras, have become case studies in how craft carries a message. Co-founder of the Emmy-winning NOMINT, born in Athens twenty years ago and now based in London, he was just named one of the first recipients of the ADC's relaunched Paul Manship Medal.

He has one argument for the AI era: when polished is free, visible human effort is the only signal left that something matters.

Kim Lê Boutin

New Ways of Seeing

Kim Lê Boutin is a digital artist and innovation expert exploring how technology and immersive experiences reshape culture. Operating as a hybrid designer, educator, and researcher, she works transversally across fields to imagine alternative digital futures.

She began coding websites at 13 and has accumulated over 15 years of experience in interactive design. At age 24, she joined KENZO Paris as their first digital art director, helping reshape the brand’s digital image and engagement for a new generation. In 2015, she co-founded the acclaimed London-based studio DVTK →↓↑←, renowned for pushing the boundaries of digital interactions and crafting non-standard web experiences for global luxury, lifestyle, and culture clients.

In 2021, Kim published her manifesto for Positive Friction® and launched loadmo.re, a worldwide reference index celebrating experimental mobile interfaces. Her interactive artworks have been exhibited at the Barbican Centre, ZKM Karlsruhe, ISO Amsterdam, and the Peabody Essex Museum.

Deeply committed to education and research, Kim lectures at leading institutions, including UAL, KABK, and ECAL, and holds a Master's thesis on internet history (Glitch in the Meta). In 2025, she founded New Ways of Seeing, an international festival in Paris exploring how digital images are perceived and created.

With zero investors, no hierarchy, and no mercy, he's here to argue that, in the age of AI, craft isn't a luxury. It's an act of resistance.

Gerasimos Tsiamalos

Truly Fine Pixels

Gerasimos Tsiamalos is a web designer and co-founder of Truly Fine Pixels, a Greek company that designs and develops Shopify themes for online stores around the world. He has worked on the web since 2001, with many years' experience creating digital products and bringing them to the international market, first through CSSIgniter, which has served 150,000 customers in the WordPress ecosystem.

Since 2022 he has focused on Shopify, where with his team he has created the Athens, Maranello and Tokyo themes, available on the official Shopify Theme Store, serving 5,000 Shopify customers worldwide. His work connects design with the real needs of businesses, from organising complex product catalogues and the shopping experience to the day-to-day running of an online store.

Alongside this, he and his team are building Widgetizer, an open-source tool for creating websites, with small businesses at its centre. He is particularly interested in how artificial intelligence is changing the way we create and manage the web, and in how design can make that transition truly useful for people without technical knowledge.

Veronika Artiuschenko

Veronika is a senior brand designer at ANTI, working where design, storytelling and new technology meet. Led by an insight-driven, cross-disciplinary approach, she has created award-winning, internationally recognised identities for clients from start-ups to major organisations.

Her current focus is responsible ways of working with AI, in which the designer neither hands creative decisions to a model nor avoids the technology, but sets the rules, the aesthetic and a design environment for AI to operate within.

Socrates Charisis

Quintessential

Socrates Charisis is a designer and builder from Athens. In 2018 he co-founded Quintessential, a digital product studio of about 25 people that works with clients in Greece, the rest of Europe and North America. The studio works with founders, product teams and large companies to bring ideas to life.

At Quintessential, he works with the design and engineering teams on the studio’s client and own products, from early ideas to the versions that ship. He spends most of his time in the work itself.

Currently, he is responsible for finding new ways of working, restructuring how the studio’s work is done, building new tools, and helping organizations navigate the superintelligence era.

In between, he teaches design systems, mentors new designers, and builds communities. Since 2019 he has helped run Friends of Figma Athens, a local community of more than 2,500 designers. He holds the Nielsen Norman Group UX Master certification.

Łukasz Geratowski

Creative Director

Great Apes / HiQ

Łukasz is a Creative Director and Designer behind Great Apes / HiQ, a Nordic studio working at the intersection of design and technology. He specialises in conceptualising and creating interactive spatial experiences and other forms of new media in brand contexts.

His interests lie in exploring how interactive visual experiences can evoke and communicate emotional states, and how digital environments can influence mood and attention. His academic research explored these questions through the concept of Visual Anxiolytics.

Over the past 10 years, he has worked with Nordic and global brands including Volvo, LEGO, TBWA, Nokia, World Athletics, Metsä and S-Group.
